SafeMeet Kevin:
Fellow employee,
Lucky man,
Worker of the month.
Why is he so successful?
- Remember? You already know. [Because that's what's going on right now.]
[until this part, I automatically kind of imagine this like a spoken intro... kinda like in Eminem's "Guilty Conscience".]
He never
was all on his own [read: was unsupervised. Could be implied more directly somehow..? With cameras or something?]
Never surfed
unfiltered web
He never
Saw a robbery
Never played
Gory videogames
He never
Witnessed heinous crimes
Like martial arts
Or a paintball match
Or kitchen knives
That's why he's good!
Since we kept him safe.
Since we forbid evil.
Thanks to us
He's an upstanding
Hard-working citizen.
And thanks to us
He's come to us,
Says thanks to us
And works for us.
He's just signed
an order to
block a child
porn studio's door
with barrier tape.
DO NOT CROSS -
He's a hero!
[some kind of interruption maybe, to show that this is happening in the "present"]
--- Jonas - what's wrong?
Kevin's friendly colleague
takes Kevin's stapling gun
goes off and-- (kills someone
and in the end suicides) [that, for example, could be left out and implied by the music/acting/whatever]
Oh Shit.
A tragedy.
How embarrassing!
Whose fault is that?
Stapling guns'!
Forbid them at once!
Kevin? You had
a stapling gun?
Goodbye, Kevin,
see you in prison.
DO NOT CROSS -
He's a murderer. (Or will be, at least.) [That could be muttered, maybe. Needs to be clear that Kevin didn't do anything but to own a stapling gun.]
We just want to keep you safe.
We just want to forbid evil...
