Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds Admission
Yo! Opera received the Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds (Prince Bernhard Cultural Fund) Prize for Arts and Cultural Education in 2008 for putting youth opera on the map, both at home and abroad.

The jury concluded:
“The professionalism and eloquence of traditional opera, combined with the adventure of new operatic forms and the ambition to introduce a young and broad audience to these forms, makes Yo! Opera a unique organization that occupies a special place in music education.”

National event prize
1st prize in de category ‘innovation’ for the project "Opera in the Bus" in 2006.
